A planning application has been submitted to Fife Council by Headon S1 St Andrews West, for the first phase of delivery of homes at St Andrews West. Subject to planning approval, HS1 hopes to break ground in Summer 2022 on the first phase of an ambitious new sustainable community in St Andrews West.
Consisting of 34 houses, 27 fisherpersons apartments and 35 flats, this exemplar development has been considerately designed to complement the surrounding landscape. The development is brought forward by ‘Headon S1 St Andrews West’, a partnership between two highly respected developers, Headon and S1 Developments.
