The Development....
Consisting of 32 homes, The Green features eight different house types ranging from 3 bedroom single story cottages to 4 bedroom villas. In addition many of the house types will be adapted to suit individual plot requirements resulting in an almost bespoke development.

The architecture and layout of the development has been carefully designed to compliment the existing village character. The traditional grain of the village is being replicated in the new development. Natural stone boundary walls, high quality landscaping and a large public open area ensure that the living experience at The Green is of the highest standard.

The Green, Strathkinness....
It is often said that location is the key aspect in the search for an ideal home and The Green certainly scores highly on location. The Green was chosen as the name for the development for two reasons, Firstly it reflects the developments proximity to the new village green and, secondly to reflect the high environmental standards adopted for this development. With the ever increasing cost of energy, it is now more important than ever that new homes are built with the highest energy efficiency standards. Through increased insulation specification, energy efficient lighting, water saving devices and energy efficient appliances, home owners will benefit from savings.

During the build process, Headon Developments will implement a waste management plan to reduce waste and, where possible, recycle the waste that is created. The sourcing of all our materials and procurement of labour must meet stringent environmental tests set out by the company.
